Returns & Exchanges

At Private Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging and ensure they are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
