Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. We recommend checking the 'Period After Opening' (PAO) symbol on the packaging, which indicates how many months the product remains effective after being opened.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return policy for opened cosmetics?
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products. However, if you receive a damaged item or have an allergic reaction, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
